How much percentage more of agriculture land can be used in India - 2

We have used in India about 60.5% agriculture land we still can use about 10% to 12% which means we can use about 70% of the agriculture land Our main areas to imporve 1. Do organic farming 2. Water avialablity 3. Soil type 4. Use of more tractors to do farming quicky and accurately 5. An increase of 10% percent of land may yeild upto 13% of increase in output of crop 6. With doing organic farming we get more pofit by export and labelling 7. 100% organic farming means good health for its users 8. 100% organic farming means less requirement of water
